HOTEL LE MERIDIEN TAHTI

Le Meridien Tahiti is one of the most modern and luxurious hotels in French Polynesia. It has a wonderful setting on one of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. It is 9 1/2 miles from the capital city of Papeete and 5 1/2 miles from the International Airport. The Resort has 130 rooms, eight suites and 12 overwater bungalows. All rooms have air-conditioning and cable TV. The modern décor is a striking white, blue and yellow. The Resort features a huge sandy-bottom swimming pool, two restaurants - La Plantation (French/Polynesian) and Le Fare Te Moana (Grill/Seafood) and two bars.

BORA BORA LAGOON RESORT

Owned by Orient-Express, the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort has free easy boat access across the lagoon from the main town of Vaitape. The resort has been renovated in 2002 so all bungalows are looking their best. The large bungalows offer great facilities, thatched roofs, oiled wood floors and timber blinds. There are several dining areas, a large pool area, tennis, volleyball, snorkeling, diving and fishing. During the evening look back to the sparkling lights of Vaitape and the stunning views of Mt Otemanu.
