Day 1 Wellington / Picton /
Bay of Many Coves
Board the Interislander Ferry from Wellington for a cruise
across Cook Strait to the South Island. Enjoy views of the
Marlborough Sounds, including Queen Charlotte Sound. From
Picton, cruise to the Bay of Many Coves.

Day 2 Queen Charlotte Sound
Begin the day with a cruise through Queen Charlotte Sound to
Ship Cove, a scenic and historic reserve and the start of
the famous Queen Charlotte Track. Walk through virgin native
forest and discover the native birds and plants on the way
to Endeavour inlet, taking in the beautiful views across
Marlborough Sounds. (B,D)
Day 3 Queen Charlotte Sound /
Blenheim
Cruise on Pelorous Sound and visit a Greenshell Mussel Farm
to learn about growing these delicacies then taste freshly
steamed mussels with a perfectly matched glass of
Marlborough wine.

Day 4 Marlborough, Blenheim
Today enjoy a gourmet wine tour of the Marlborough region.
Sample the wines of icon winery Cloudy Bay, and a selection
of wines from other excellent wine producers, followed by a
tasting of olive oils and hand-made chocolates. This
afternoon, transfer to Blenheim. (B)
