Once you have arrived, Fiji’s domestic airlines, Air
Fiji, Sunflower, Turtle Airways and Air Wakaya, can take you
around the islands. Special offers, such as air passes and
lower rates, usually must be purchased before arrival in the
country.
Ferry Services
There are regular ferry services scheduled between the major
island. If you have the time and a taste for adventure, you'll
find voyaging scenic and exciting, a taste of true island
travel. While Fiji has many luxurious cruise ships, inter-island
vessels carry freight as well as passengers. Deck passage
is the usual way to go, with a few cabins available on some
of the ships on a first-come, first-served basis.
Air Fiji Limited
Fiji’s premier domestic airline having served the islands
of Fiji for over 30 years. Flies to 15 destinations in Fiji
and 2 regional destinations of Tonga and Tuvalu. Destinations
include Taveuni, Savusavu, Labasa, Vanuabalavu, Kadavu, Lakeba,
Moala, Gau, Cicia, Ovalau, Koro, Mana, Nalolo Lailai, Funafuti,
Suva, Nadi and Rotuma. Timetable: Regular Flight services
to key tourist destinations. Daily shuttle services between
Nadi and Suva. Luggage/cargo limits: 20 kg per person
Air Wakaya
Destinations: Nadi - Wakaya - Nadi or Nausori - Wakaya - Nausori
Timetable: Transfer to Wakaya Island – early morning
and Wakaya transfer to Nadi – 12 noon.
Luggage/cargo limits: 45 kg per person. Classes: Economy
Island Hoppers
Scenic Tours: Come with us on an aerial tour of the islands
and highlands and see Fiji as only the birds can. Our experienced
pilots all have their favorite spots to show you while you
relax in the comfort of our turbine powered helicopters and
enjoy the view. We offer a variety of tours to suit your needs
from our 20 minute budget tour, to an individually tailored
all day adventure.
Island Transfer: We offer fast convenient transfers from
Nadi Airport and Denarau Island (Sheraton Royal and the Sheraton)
to all the Mamanuca Island Resorts. Transfers from Nadi and
Denarau to/from Matamanoa, Tokoriki, Mana, Naitasi, Castaway,
Treasure. Location: Nadi Airport
Sunflower Airlines
Sunflower is Fiji's largest domestic airline providing daily
services to the country's major tourism and business destinations.
With Sunflower Airlines you will travel in style and comfort
aboard our fleet of BN2 islanders, DH6 Twin offers and shorts
SD330 aircraft. Sunflower Airlines also operates charters
on request. Location: Nadi Airport
Turtle Airways Ltd
Turtle Airways has a fleet of five Cessna 206's and two Dehaviland
Beaver that carry four and six passengers respectively. Departure
to and from seaplane base and Sheraton Royal Beach to any
resort in the Mamanucas, Scenic flights are also available.Location:
Newtown Beach, Nadi. Facilities: Seaplane Operation.
