Day 1 Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kata Tjuta(the Olgas)
Be met on arrival at Ayers Rock Airport and transferred to the hotel (flights to arrive prior to 1:00 pm). Enter Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and travel to the giant domes of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). See native fauna and flora unique to this rocky formation. Walk into the majestic Walpa (Olga) Gorge. Continue on to sunset strip and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while viewing the changing colors of Uluru at sunset. Accommodation: Ayers Rock Resort, Outback Pioneer Hotel (Standard), Desert Gardens (First Class), Sails in the Desert (Deluxe).

Day 2 Ayers Rock / Kings Canyon Canyon
Wake to see Uluru at sunrise and watch as the rock transforms into a myriad of colors while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Take a guided walk to Mutitjulu waterhole to see cave paintings and hear the legends of Kuniya Tjukurpa (Python Dreaming). Tour the base of Uluru and learn about this region’s geology and flora on the Mala Walk. Explore Kantju Gorge before visiting the Cultural Center and Maruku Arts & Craft Cooperative. Or, forego the guided walks to climb Uluru. Travel to Kings Canyon. Tonight choose to upgrade and stay at the Exclusive Kings Canyon Wilderness Lodge (additional cost). Note: Anangu, traditional owners, prefer that visitors not climb Uluru. The climb may be closed without notice due to weather or cultural reasons. Day 3 Kings Canyon / Alice Springs
Join a guided walk to the rim of Kings Canyon (good level of fitness required), or take the easier canyon floor walk. Depart for Alice Springs.
