 Board a twin engine aircraft and fly low over
the spectacular Blue Mountains to the first
landing point, “Middlebrook Station” an 11,000-acre
sheep ranch. Hosted by the friendly third-generation
owners, spend half the day exploring and experiencing
life on an Australian sheep ranch. After a barbecue lunch,
fly to picturesque Hunter Valley for wine tasting and
sightseeing. The finale is a low-level flight down the
coastline, over Sydney’s beaches and the spectacular
harbor.
