Start the day with a brief tour of Hobart. Head to
Richmond, a village of slate and cobblestone, cottages
and manors. Wander streets lined with sandstone buildings
showcasing the best of Tasmania’s fine arts and crafts. Marvel
at the natural attractions on the way to Port Arthur such as
Devils Kitchen. Port Arthur was created with convict labor;
the impressive architecture, delightful gardens and chilling
prison facilities survive today to explore with the guide. Finish
the day with a cruise. Morning tea and a light lunch are
included. Arrive back at the hotel around 5:30pm.
