Day 1 Arrive Cairns
Following arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Accommodation: Cairns, Cairns Colonial Club (Standard), Rydges Tradewinds Hotel (First Class), Shangri-La, The Marina Cairns (Deluxe) for three nights.

Day 2 Cairns – Great Barrier Reef Cruise
Experience the Great Barrier Reef first hand on a picturesque coral cay where coral gardens abound with a myriad of marine life surrounding a protected seabird sanctuary—a haven for nature lovers. Enjoy a full day cruise to Michaelmas Cay, a vegetated sand cay and National Park. View the unique marine environment of the Great Barrier Reef on a personalized guided snorkeling tour and a coral viewing tour by semi-submersible boat. A delicious buffet lunch is included in the cruise. At day’s end, enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne on the homeward sail to Cairns. (L)

Day 3 Cairns – Kuranda, Tjapukai & Skyrail
Enjoy the very best of Kuranda including both the scenic Kuranda Rail and Skyrail, with their breathtaking views from reef to rainforest. Travel on one of the world’s great rail trips to Kuranda, the village in the rainforest. Upgrade to the Gold Class carriage (optional, additional cost). Time to explore the daily market before boarding Skyrail, a gondola cableway over the rainforest canopy. Discover Aboriginal culture at Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, where a buffet lunch is included. (L)

Day 4 Depart Cairns
At leisure until a transfer to Cairns Airport for an onward flight.
