Day 1 Arrive Sydney
This morning drive to Featherdale Wildlife Park for breakfast and interaction with animals including kangaroos, emus, wombats and dingoes. Continue to Mt Wilson for views of the Blue Mountains. After lunch, drive to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation: Whispering Pines (Standard), Lilianfels Blue Mountains, Valley View Room (Deluxe). (B,L)

Day 2 Blue Mountains - Hunter Valley
Departing Katoomba, drive down the Great Western Highway through Springfield and Richmond on our way to the town of Putty. Visit a farm for Devonshire tea and scones before entering the Hunter Valley wine area for tastings at two boutique wineries and lunch at a Hunter vineyard café. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation: Hunter Resort, Hunter Room (Standard), Peppers Guest House, Hunter Valley Vintage Room (Deluxe). (B,L)

Day 3 Hunter Valley - Sydney
After breakfast, transfer to The Hunter Valley Wine School to learn all facets of wine making. Then check out of the accommodation and enjoy a final wine tasting before returning to Sydney. (B)
